Varun Beverages shares fell more than 3 percent on Friday after the PepsiCo bottler reported a 13.5 percent year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the July-September quarter (Q3 CY2026), supported by strong sales volumes in India and international markets. However, higher packaging costs weighed on profitability, leading to a contraction in operating margins. Varun Beverages stock was trading at Rs 402.15 in afternoon trade, down 3.05 percent from its previous close.
