Trust Mutual Fund, Carnelian Asset, Abakkus buy over 3% stake in SFC Environmental Technologies on listing day

Trust Mutual Fund acquired 6.02 lakh shares in SFC Environmental Technologies for Rs 25.67 crore at Rs 426.10 per share. Meanwhile, Vikas Khemani-led Carnelian Asset Management & Advisors purchased 10.7 lakh shares at Rs 393.01 apiece, amounting to Rs 42.07 crore. Sunil Singhania-led Abakkus Investment Managers bought 13.15 lakh shares for Rs 49.83 crore at Rs 379 per share. The combined purchases by the three investors represented 3.05 percent of the company's paid-up equity capital and were valued at approximately Rs 117.5 crore.

Separately, high-net-worth individual (HNI) investor Sanjay Popatlal Jain purchased 5 lakh shares in SFC Environmental Technologies at Rs 368.57 apiece, amounting to Rs 18.42 crore. On the selling side, Rajasthan Global Securities offloaded 7.17 lakh shares for Rs 25.48 crore at Rs 355.10 per share. SFC Environmental Technologies provides engineering solutions in wastewater treatment, wastewater recycling and reuse, and solid waste treatment.

The company raised Rs 667.5 crore through its initial public offering (IPO) at an issue price of Rs 330 per share last week. Nexus Global Opportunities Fund buys additional 1.82% stake in Womancart from promoter Meanwhile, Womancart remained in focus for another session, with Nexus Global Opportunities Fund purchasing additional shares from the company's promoter. Nexus Global Opportunities Fund acquired 1.5 lakh shares, representing 1.82 percent of Womancart's paid-up equity capital, from promoter Madhu Sudan Pahwa for Rs 1.16 crore.

The shares were purchased at Rs 77.60 apiece. In the previous session, Nexus Global Opportunities Fund had acquired a 1.33 percent stake in Womancart. However, promoters Madhu Sudan Pahwa and Prerna Pahwa had collectively offloaded a 1.21 percent stake in the company. Womancart shares remained under selling pressure for the third consecutive session, declining 5 percent to Rs 77.60 on the NSE. Pine Oak Global Fund buys 0.49% stake in Vardhman Polytex from HNI investor

Pine Oak Global Fund acquired an additional 25 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.49 percent stake in Vardhman Polytex, from HNI investor Anupama Kothari. The transaction was valued at Rs 1.17 crore, with the shares changing hands at Rs 4.71 apiece. Vardhman Polytex shares ended at Rs 4.64, down 1.28 percent, extending their decline for the fifth consecutive session. As per the latest shareholding pattern, Pine Oak Global Fund held 5.34 percent stake in Vardhman Polytex, and Anupama Kothari 9.83 percent shares.
