IIFL Capital Services London-based Theleme Partners, through Theleme India Master Fund offloaded 31.24 lakh equity shares, representing 0.99 percent of IIFL Capital Services' paid-up equity, for Rs 108.7 crore. The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 348.01 apiece. Theleme India Master Fund held a 1.72 percent stake, or 54.35 lakh shares, in IIFL Capital Services as of September 2026, according to the company's latest shareholding pattern.
