Another Rs 74.92 crore has been earmarked for working capital requirements, with the balance intended for general corporate purposes. The basis of allotment is expected on October 30. Refunds for unsuccessful applicants and credit of allotted shares to demat accounts are scheduled for November 2, ahead of the November 3 listing. IIFL Capital Services, JM Financial and Nuvama Wealth Management are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
