IndiGo Q2 results: Net loss narrows 27% to Rs 1,879 crore; fuel costs weigh despite 26% revenue jump
InterGlobe Aviation Q2 FY27 Financial Results: IndiGo's net loss narrowed 27% to Rs 1,879 crore as revenue jumped 26%. Passenger yields surged 34%, but fuel costs, rupee depreciation and lower passenger traffic weighed on profitability.

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd, the parent company of IndiGo, on Thursday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 1,879 crore for the quarter ended September 2026 (Q2 FY27), narrowing 27.2 percent from a loss of Rs 2,582 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, as strong revenue growth helped partially offset elevated fuel costs and rupee depreciation. The country's largest airline by market share reported a 25.9 percent year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to Rs 23,364 crore, compared with Rs 18,555 crore a year earlier, supported by higher passenger yields and disciplined capacity deployment.
