Coal India share price shed 2 percent despite company’s Q2 consolidated profit surges 53% to Rs 6,516.1 crore versus Rs 4,258.8 crore and revenue soars 20.9% to Rs 44,178.7 crore versus Rs 36,553.1 crore, in year ago period.

Paradeep Phosphates share price declined 9% after company reported a 69 percent year-on-year decline in net profit to Rs 121 crore from Rs 393 crore. Shares of Trent share surged 5 percent after company’s Q2 consolidated profit zoomed 25.4% to Rs 468.1 crore versus Rs 373.4 crore and revenue rose 21.9% to Rs 5,873.1 crore versus Rs 4,817.7 crore, in the year-ago period. InterGlobe Aviation shares rose 4 percent after company’s Q2 consolidated loss narrowed to Rs 1,879.1 crore versus a loss of Rs 2,582.1 crore, while revenue spiked 25.9% to Rs 23,363.8 crore versus Rs 18,555.3 crore.

EBITDAR jumped 121% to Rs 2,460 crore versus Rs 1,114.3 crore, while EBITDAR margin expanded 450 bps to 10.5% versus 6%, in the year-ago period. Godrej Consumer Products shares shed 3 percent even company’s Q2 consolidated profit rose 13.8% to Rs 522.9 crore versus Rs 459.3 crore and revenue increased 19% to Rs 4,413.1 crore versus Rs 3,708.2 crore, in the year-ago period. Share price of Computer Age Management Services shed nearly 5 percent despite company’s Q2 consolidated profit soared 14.4% to Rs 131.5 crore versus Rs 114.9 crore and revenue rose 10% to Rs 414.5 crore versus Rs 376.7 crore, in the year-ago period. Vedanta Power share price gained nearly 13 percent after company’s Q2 consolidated profit stood at Rs 83 crore versus a loss of Rs 1,689 crore, while revenue jumped 38.2% to Rs 2,908 crore versus Rs 2,104 crore, in the year-ago period.

ICRA share price shed 3 percent even company’s Q2 consolidated profit rose 9.1% to Rs 52.2 crore versus Rs 47.8 crore and revenue soared 30.2% to Rs 177.9 crore versus Rs 136.6 crore, in the year-ago period. Suzlon Energy share price fell more than 8 percent after company’s Q2 consolidated profit sank 69.2% to Rs 394.2 crore versus Rs 1,279.4 crore, while revenue grew 26% to Rs 4,875.7 crore versus Rs 3,870.8 crore, in the year-ago period.
