Catamaran acquired a total of 21.34 lakh shares for approximately Rs 119 crore in two separate purchases.

The purchases include 10.45 lakh shares at Rs 581.35 while 10.89 lakh shares at Rs 534.72, according to the data. Separately, Equism Capital bought 9.55 lakh shares at Rs 585.07 per share. Bonfiglioli Transmissions share price today Shares of Bonfiglioli Transmissions today opened at Rs 564.90 and rallied 7.74 percent from the Friday’s close of Rs 576.35, as per BSE. At the time of writing the report at 2.45 PM, the stock was trading 7.56 percent or Rs 43.55 higher at Rs 619.90.

It secured Rs 759.26 crore from anchor investors, including BlackRock, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. The price band for the offering was fixed at Rs 558-586 per share.

The IPO is entirely an offer for sale of up to 4.32 crore equity shares by promoter Bonfiglioli S.p.A, with no fresh issue component. Consequently, the company will not receive any proceeds from the offering, with the entire amount going to the selling shareholder. Bonfiglioli Transmissions, the Indian subsidiary of Italy-based Bonfiglioli S.p.A., manufactures mechanical and electro-mechanical power transmission products and industrial drive solutions, including gearboxes, gear motors, and drive systems. Its products cater to industry and automation, off-highway mobility and wind applications.
